About The Builder

Our company, Desrosiers' Builders, Inc., was founded by Albert A. Desrosiers in 1954. Now owned and operated by his son, Rene Desrosiers, the tradition of building quality homes continues. We have built many quality single family, multi-family and condominium developments throughout the Central Maine area. Some of these developments are listed below:

• Meadowview Estates Condominiums, Winslow, Maine: 56 units
• Summer Court Condominiums, Winslow, Maine: 16 units
• Heartland Estates Condominiums, Winslow, Maine: 100+ units

As the owner of Desrosiers' Builders Inc., I am proud to offer you a quality built home. Heartland Estates, the newest development, has been approved for over 100 duplex condominiums with custom designed floor plans. We work closely with our customers to assure that their new home reflects their style and decorating preferences. Each owner has the opportunity to choose their flooring, kitchen cabinets, counter tops and wall colors making it uniquely their own. A monthly fee covers building maintenance, lawn care, snow removal and insurance on the building.
